Franchising
The firm advises both
international and domestic franchisors, as well as, regional franchisors
and master franchisors.
Although franchise litigation is our concentration, we also handle
transactional matters. The firm prepares UFOCs, Franchise Agreements,
Subleases, Guarantees, Trademark Documents, and Development Agreements for
foreign countries. The firm also has assisted in the sale of several franchise
companies to another franchisor. We prepare the Asset Sale Agreements and
all necessary transfer documents to accomplish the merger or
acquisition.

Contracts
The firm provides a full range of legal services for its franchisor clients, which include real estate transactions, tax appeals, and liquor license challenges.
In addition, the contractual experience the firm has acquired through franchise work is attracting a growing base of clients who use the firm for work relating to their business investments. This work ranges from incorporating clients, setting up LLC's, reviewing leases, drafting agreements, and advising clients how to comply with existing agreements and applicable government regulations.
The firm is pleased with its growth in this area and the clients are pleased with the speed and quality of the work they receive, and the discretion with which it is accomplished.
