Franchise Litigation
The firm's experience includes complex commercial and
franchise law issues including breach of contract; fraudulent inducement;
intellectual property matters, such as trademark infringement, unfair
competition, misappropriation of trade secrets; enforcement of non-compete
provisions; antitrust violations; franchise law disclosure and compliance
issues; foreclosures; bankruptcy; and collection work. Additionally, the firm has extensive experience in
handling commercial and franchise matters before the American Arbitration
Association, (more than 120 hearing dates on behalf of franchisors) the
